Section 20/B of Government Decree 141/1995 sets out the following requirements:
20/B.§ * (1) Airports falling within the scope of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council
and airports not falling within its scope, excluding airports used for state flights and shared-use airports
- shall keep records of airport departure and arrival traffic, including aircraft operating within the airport traffic circle, in accordance with Lt. 50/A. § (2) points a) and e).
(2) The register specified in paragraph (1) shall contain separate monthly breakdowns for motorized and non-motorized aircraft:
a) the number of aircraft departing and arriving at the airport;
b) the number of aircraft operating within the airport traffic circle;
(2) The records specified in paragraph (1)
shall contain separate monthly breakdowns for motorized and non-motorized aircraft,
including:
a) the aircraft’s registration number or identification mark;
b) the time of landing;
c) the time of takeoff.
Based on the above regulation, users of Dunaújváros Airport are required to report the relevant data to the operator, Baracs Repülőtér Kft. You can enter the data for one takeoff per submission. Only enter data that concerns Dunaújváros Airport. Obviously, in the case of local flights, both the landing and takeoff times are relevant (yes, the regulation requires this nonsensical order!), while for arriving traffic only the landing time is relevant, and for departing traffic only the takeoff time is relevant.
No personal data will be transferred to the authorities.
